Description:Indonesian people like to eat meal with "sambal" (hot sauce). There are different kind of sambal prepared for the dishses. I prepare this sambal for my dishes. It's easy to prepare. If you don't like shrimp paste, then you can omit it. You can also add sugar if you like.
I eat sambal with plain white rice with fish, fried chicken, or just vegetable.
This kind of sambal is very convenient when you don't have anything left in your home. Just eat with rice and sambal. I guarrante that you will eat more.

Ingredients:1-2 teaspoons of salt
shrim pasted (already cooked)
4-5 green pepers
half ripe tomato
onion
garlic

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the ingredients into small pieces.

Heat the ingredient either on the top of fire or just put in the hot pan until burn a little bit.
